SUMMARY
The Second Coming of Christ is cut out to be the most magnificent event in history. It has been a long time in coming but Jesus did promise that He would return. This event is up there in the future somewhere. It may be close. It is important for us to keep a close watch on events in the fall season of these upcoming years. It is an event with many aspects to it. Not surprisingly there is more to the story than what we have been told. Our Messiah comes in the clouds yes. And it will not be secret. Every eye shall see Him. It will be a surprise only to the wicked.Messiah's return will include an appearance at the Mount of Olives. His coming there will split the mountain in two and release the Jerusalem aquifer. - Ezek.47 His judgment at the Valley of Jezreel at the Battle of Armageddon is appreciated by most Biblical Christians. But there is something in the Apocalypse, (the unveiling), that we have not been told. At His Second Coming Christ also comes at a place, (or places), identified spiritually for us in the Holy Scriptures as 'Bozrah'. There are several Bozrah scriptures. One of them in Micah 2:12-13 seems to have "gone missing" in most of the modern translations of the Bible. What is being hidden? And just what is the story here in this Bozrah return of Messiah?
Here in Micah 2 we are being told of a momentous event at the close of this age. It is nothing less than a deliverance of epic Apocalyptic proportions. A deliverance from what? Is there to be a exile at Bozrah involving God's covenant people during the final years of the age?
Here we shall have to dig into our Bibles. The scripture below is from Isaiah 63. Here in these Bozrah scriptures and in another article we shall learn of this exciting future event in the unfolding of the end-time drama. We might term it 'The Bozrah Deliverance'.
ISAIAH 63(The question:)
63:1 "Who is this who comes from Edom,
With dyed garments from Bozrah,
This One who is glorious in His apparel,
Traveling in the greatness of His strength?"(The Messiah answers;)
"I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save."
(The covenant people inquire,)
63:2 "Why is Your apparel red,
And Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?"(The Messiah answers)
"I have trodden the winepress alone,
And from the peoples no one was with Me.
For I have trodden them in My anger,
And trampled them in My fury;Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments,
And I have stained all My robes.63:4 For the day of vengeance is in My heart,
And the year of My redeemed has come.63:5 I looked, but there was no one to help,
And I wondered That there was no one to uphold;
Therefore My own arm brought salvation for Me;
And My own fury, it sustained Me.63:6 I have trodden down the peoples in My anger,
Made them drunk in My fury,
And brought down their strength to the earth."(Prayer of the Remnant)
63:7 I will mention the lovingkindnesses of the Lord
And the praises of the Lord,
According to all that the Lord has bestowed on us,
And the great goodness toward the house of Israel,
Which He has bestowed on them according to His mercies,
According to the multitude of His lovingkindnesses.63:8 For He said,
"Surely they are My people,
Children who will not lie."So He became their Saviour.
63:9 In all their affliction He was afflicted,
And the Angel of His Presence saved them;
In His love and in His pity He redeemed them;
And He bore them and carried them all the days of old.63:10 But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit;
So He turned Himself against them as an enemy,
And He fought against them.63:11 Then He remembered the days of old,
Moses and his people, saying:"Where is He who brought them up out of the sea
With the shepherd of His flock?
Where is He who put His Holy Spirit within them,63:12 Who led them by the right hand of Moses,
With His glorious arm,
Dividing the water before them
To make for Himself an everlasting name,63:13 Who led them through the deep,
As a horse in the wilderness,
That they might not stumble?"63:14 As a beast goes down into the valley,
And the Spirit of the Lord causes him to rest,
So You lead Your people,
To make Yourself a glorious name.(A voice calls out from an estranged people
bringing an appeal to the Father,
and to the throne of God in the heavens,
in accordance with the covenant of Abraham)63:15 "Look down from heaven,
And see from your habitation, holy and glorious,Where are Your zeal and Your strength,
and yearning of your heart,
and your mercies toward me?Are they restrained?
63:16 Doubtless you are our Father,
though Abraham was ignorant of us,
and Israel does not acknowledge us.You, O Lord, are our Father,
Our Redeemer from Everlasting is your name."
