SUMMARY:
AN UNFAITHFUL WOMAN WHO HAS PROFANED THE CUP OF HER BETROTHAL BECOMES A DOMINATING HARLOT. JOHN THE APOSTLE, IMPRISONED ON THE ISLE OF PATMOS SEES HER IN VISION AS SHE TAKES DOMINION. WHAT IS GOD TELLING US? SHE IS RIDING A TEN HORNED BEAST WHICH IS YET UNCROWNED. THE TIME OF HER DOMINION IS YET FUTURE IN THE LAST DAYS. THIS WOULD BE IN THE FIRST THREE AND ONE HALF YEARS OF THE 70TH WEEK, THE FINAL SEVEN YEARS OF THIS AGE. THIS PERIOD IS BEFORE THE MIDPOINT OF THE 70TH WEEK WHEN THE BEAST RISES UP TO SPOIL THE HARLOT"S PARTY AND COMMIT THE 'ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION'. THE HARLOT WILL RULE BEFORE THIS MID POINT CRISIS. THEN THE BEAST OR LITTLE HORN TAKES OVER AND BRINGS IN HIS 666 ECONOMIC SYSTEM. AT THAT TIME THE PEACEMAKING ANTICHRIST IS FINALLY 'REVEALED' AS THE BEAST AND THE HARLOT LOSES HER GLOBAL SOVEREIGNTY. LATER ON THE HARLOT IS DESTROYED BY THE TEN HORNED GLOBAL SYSTEM.
A HARLOT RIDES A SCARLET BEAST
In chapter 17 of the Apocalypse/Revelation of Jesus Christ John the Beloved sees an open vision of a ten horned scarlet beast in the wilderness. The vision reveals the beast when the ten horns are not yet crowned. John sees the ten horned beast being ridden by a harlot. As John views her in this vision she had the rulership over the ten horned beast. The harlot is seen holding the cup of the covenant which she has profaned and adulterated in an abominable way. As John sees her she has defiled the holy cup of Christ and herself as well with the filth of pagan admixture.(See the scripture below)
REVELATION Ch. 17
1 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying, "Come here, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,
2. with whom the kings of the earth committed {acts of} immorality, and those who dwell on the earth were made drunk with the wine of her immorality."
3. And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns.
4. The woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her immorality,
5. and on her forehead a name {was} written, a mystery, "BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."
6. And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. When I saw her, I wondered greatly.
7. And the angel said to me, "Why do you wonder? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns...................................................................................
12. "The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour.
13. "These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
14. "These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him {are the} called and chosen and faithful."
15. And he said to me, "The waters which you saw where the harlot sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.
16. "And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire.
17. "For God has put it in their hearts to execute His purpose by having a common purpose, and by giving their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God will be fulfilled.
18. "The woman whom you saw is the great city, which reigns over the kings of the earth." -Rev. 17
A BEAST WITH TEN HORNS WITHOUT THE HARLOT RIDING.
THE BEAST NOW HAS THE DOMINION AND RULES WITH FIERCE AUTHORITY.
In a vision focussing on a later point in time (Rev.chap.13)
John saw a ten horned beast arising from the sea, (out of the nations)
in the latter days. At the time pictured in this vision the the harlot is no longer seen
to be riding and controlling the world power. The ten horned global power when John sees it here
has ten crowns or diadems of its own.
His vision apparently focuses in on the ten horned global beast
at a later time approaching the middle of the 7 years of the 70th week.
Daniel saw the world power at the point when the ten horns had apparently
thrown off the rule of the harlot. At the point pictured they had either
assumed or been given their own sovereignty,
typified by the ten diadems/crowns.
As for the harlot, apparently the ten horns have turned on her.
John sees the harlot destroyed, burned with fire,
by the ten kings of the end time beast entity.

13:1 And the dragon stood on the sand of the seashore. Then I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns {were} ten diadems, and on his heads {were} blasphemous names.
13:2 And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were like {those} of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power and his throne and great authority.
13:3 {I saw} one of his heads as if it had been slain, and his fatal wound was healed. And the whole earth was amazed {and followed} after the beast;
13:4 They worshiped the dragon because he gave his authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast, and who is able to wage war with him?"
13:5 There was given to him a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for forty-two months was given to him.
13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, {that is,} those who dwell in heaven.
13:7 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. -Rev.13:1-7 NASB
The scripture above is a vision
that John saw whilst in exile on the Island of Patmos late in the first century.
It is a powerful picture of the end time global scene half way through the 70th week.
However, 600 years before, the prophet Daniel, as a captive in Medo-Persia, had also seen a
vision of this very same end time ten horned beast.
He saw it arising as the fourth in a series of contemporaneous beasts to arise
from the sea, (symbolic of nations) in the latter days. Daniel described it as dreadful.
This ten horned beast appears to be the world power base
from which the "little horn" or "prince" or Antichrist erupts.
The prince gains sovereignty in his own right and is fully revealed as the Antichrist/beast that he is in
the final 3.5 years/42 months/1260 days of Daniel's 70th week.
Here below is the scripture from Daniel 7.
7:8 I was considering the horns, and there was another horn,
a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were
plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, were eyes like the
eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words.
Daniel 7
7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth
beast, dreadful and terrible, exceedingly strong. It had huge iron teeth; it was
devouring, breaking in pieces, and trampling the residue with its feet.
It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns.
A BEAST WITH TEN HORNS.
AND AN IMAGE WITH TEN TOES.
Both the prophet Daniel and John the Beloved (who wrote the Apocalypse/Revelation)
saw a latter day ten horned power arising on the stage of end time world history.
The identity of the "ten horns" has been the subject of much speculation.
Just what do these ten horns represent? The answer may well provide
an important key to our understanding of the sequence of end time events.
During the past century Bible commentators have been inclined to speak of this ten horned latter day world power as a "Revived Roman Empire". There is a lot of merit to this. But I submit to you that there is much more to the prophecy of the ten horns than the European/Roman connection, as we shall discover (below).
Daniel 2 describes Nebuchadnezzar’s dream of the metallic image. The legs, which represent the Roman Empire, were of iron. Iron is a metal of exceptional hardness. Iron represents the hard relentless material of machinery and military power. This hard, and indomitable quality of iron and steel was the key to Roman power two millennia ago. Is it still the essence of Roman character out in the nations today? Is this a harsh, ruthless, steely quality of Rome still with us? Have we not seen it emerge in modern history and in particular the modern warfare of the two world wars? Did not Winston Churchill even label the cold war as the character of an "iron curtain"? Is iron and steel a feature of the Roman character seen emerging 2,100 years ago and on into the end time as well? This is the question we need to pursue.
Daniel chapter two shows an iron and clay mixture of the feet and ten toes of the metallic image. The different metals from gold at the head moving on down through silver and bronze to the iron mixed with clay down at the feet and toes shows the changing character of humanism and human government as it unfolds through time. The prophecy extends from ancient Babylon 2500 years ago, through Medo-Persia, Ancient Greece, on to the Roman Empire then on to our present time of church-state collusion which we now have in place after Nicaea (325A.D.) and Charlemagne (800A.D.) The church-state collusion is typified by the mixture of iron and miry clay. The state is represented by the iron and established religion is the miry clay. The ten toes of Dan.2 may well correspond with the ten horns of Dan. 7 and Rev.13. These are future powers that will emerge into history in the 70th week. Daniel also saw the end time fourth beast of Dan. 7 with teeth of iron. So iron is an inescapable and prominent feature of the end time world power. Indeed, the steely character of Roman iron, mixed in with a clay of religious humanism, will be the presiding spirit motivators on the world stage as the saints go up to witness in the end time drama just before the second coming of Christ. How does humanist rulership finally come to its end? Daniel saw the smiting stone of the Kingdom of God coming and smashing the image on its feet and ten toes of iron and clay. This was the king of Babylon's ultimate nightmare. And this is why Nebuchadnezzar was terrified. He threatened to execute all his wise men if they could not reveal the dream and its meaning to him. -Dan.2:34-35 & 44-45
As Bible commentators focused on the ten horns it became popular, particularly in North America, to judge them as being related to the European unification which was going on. Surely this emerging European colossus would be the "Revived Roman Empire". They naturally considered that this latter day world power would be spawned and limited to the same geographical land mass as the former Roman Empire had occupied, namely, the old world. They were silent on any involvement of the New World and America especially in this end time order. Bible students, and patriotic American commentators in particular, were inclined to set their telescopes up to view the end time world power with its ten horns/toes emerging in Europe. They weren't looking anywhere else. As they watched they saw the European Common Market give way to the European Economic Community. The game was on for Bible prophecy buffs to count the nations joining. When the number ten nation joined the EEC there was much excitement. Surely these were the ten horns! But then numbers 11 through 13 followed. And more member nations seemed likely to join as the USSR collapsed releasing eastern Europe and the Baltic states for possible future membership. So much for that exercise. Where on earth were those ten horns?!
Well, while our Bible scholars had their eschatological telescopes fixed on Europe looking for the ten horns something was happening right under our noses. The global marketplace was gathering steam. World trade was criss-crossing the globe. The multinational business and world trade had sorted itself out into ten banking/trading blocks or "bio-regions". Even North America was gathered into a single trading block as NAFTA. This had been in the planning stages long before. (See the NWO map below). Then the Internet has come online providing an enormous boost to the global marketplace. The Internet financial scams, third world corruption, copyright theft, and pornography have led to a call for global policing of the net. But who can do this? Only an authority agreed to by all the nations. Or imposed on all the nations.
The Chinese entry into the world market and 3rd world industrialization has also been opening up new opportunities and challenges. Huge increases in global trade on the Internet are not being effectively taxed because there is no real global authority; - at least not yet. In addition to this, a host of world problems are crying out for a solution.
A CHAMPION OF WORLD PEACE ARRIVES ON THE GLOBAL SCENE.
AND HIS CONSORT, A HARLOT WORLD RELIGIOUS SYSTEM APPEARS AT HIS SIDE.
Chief of all the pressing world problems is the issue of world peace.
The New World Order roundtables and think tanks are in session.
They consider that if global nuclear disarmament
can be achieved and "rogue states" and "rogue religions" can be brought to heel
then the nations can get on with the peaceful pursuits we all long for.
But can that peace be imposed upon the raging nations. (Psalm 2)
And can there be any real peace without the "Prince of Peace" coming into the hearts of men?
This difference of opinion as to who brings real and lasting peace sets the scene for the end time drama.
Meanwhile there are other world problems awaiting the coming of what
certain utopian globalists have termed "a strong hand from somewhere".
In a coming crisis might some crisis manager or global mega dealer come
forward to broker a power sharing treaty with Israel? Could this crisis ramrod through
the establishment of a sovereignty sharing and perhaps time limited
world government. (Say for just a short "emergency" period of 7 years?!)
If this world is not going to receive the true Messiah in their hearts and if the nation of Israel
and the holy city of Jerusalem still will not cry out to Him in repentance what other choice is there
but for them to make a strong and binding covenant with a world mega dealer.
The prophecy of Daniel 9:27 awaits such a prince.
Humanistic mankind will have no choice but to search for some sort of messiah,
a man of their choosing.
The crisis will cry out for such a global peacemaker and crisis manager.
They will receive him even if he "comes in his own name"?
And will they be surprised when he turns out to be a dictator and a tyrant?

He very pointedly and specifically told His people,
"I have come in my Father's Name,
and you do not receive me.
If another shall come in his own name,
him you will receive."
-John 5:43
Of course he will present himself initially as a benevolent peacemaker and not as a dictator. WE may think that a world government is highly unlikely. But if America cannot keep the lid on weapons of mass destruction and some nation has let off a nuclear bomb then we can well imagine that the world will be screaming for "a strong hand from somewhere" to ensure immediate enforced global nuclear disarmament. If the U.S., as the sole remaining superpower, will not be able to enforce this then the combined G-7 nations in such an hour might present "one of their own" to broker this mega deal. If he has the global leadership and charisma to sell himself such a man could emerge. And the Bible says that indeed he will emerge. In such an hour any man stepping up to the CNN cameras might be expected to receive a hearing. But this man has been groomed for such an entry onto the stage of world history.
Apart from world peace the world problems brought to the committees of the U.N. and NWO roundtables are many. They include world poverty, world hunger, world health,
eco-salvation of nature reserves such as the rainforests, world fisheries etc.
Would citizens and leaders of the G-7 nations, such as the U.S.A, France, Germany, or the UK
be expected to voluntarily surrender their own precious national sovereignty for the advancement of these issues today? Hardly.
He will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven,
but after half this time, he will put an end to the sacrifices and
offerings. Then as a climax to all his terrible deeds, he will set up
a sacrilegious object that causes desecration, until the end that
has been decreed is poured out on this defiler." -Dan.9:27 NLB
But! If some nation, say North Korea, or Pakistan, or Iran or Syria sets off a nuke then that is a different matter!
In such an hour they might find themselves surrendering sovereignty to a man who could "get the job done"!
The crowds gathering in front of the White House and 10 Downing street and in the streets worldwide would
demand that a world government be empowered immediately.
In such a situation this global agenda could well be catapulted
onto the stage of world history.
This very scenario spoken of by Daniel (Dan.9:27) could happen very quickly.
It could happen overnight.
Here then, (with two translations) is that all important scriptural signpost into the 70th week of Daniel.
It shows what initiates the climactic last 7 years of this evil age.
Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the
middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering. And
on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even
until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate."
-Dan.9:27 NKJV
Brothers and sisters, whether the 70th week opens up in forty years time,
or in forty weeks time we need to prepare our hearts before our God.
And we need to be prepared to face a situation in which our faith might well be tested.
Do we have the oil?
What then, can we say about our present situation? We already have ten global economic bio-regions in place. As the map below shows, this division of the planet into ten global regions has been in the planning stages for a long time. The New World Order Map below was discovered in 1941 in the months before the bombing of Pearl Harbor. The economic regions are in place. Will the political powers over these ten global regions, the ten horns and ten crowns follow?

This map was discovered by Helen Somers in a window in Philadelphia during World War II. It was completed in October 1941, before Pearl Harbor, was printed in bright colors by a cartographer named Maurice Gomberg in Philadelphia in 1942, and was displayed in his store window. Helen Somers immediately recognized the significance of the map and purchased several. At least a few original copies are still in existence, including one in the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.
The original source of the plan that is described in detail on the map is not given. However, an examination of numerous documents of the period relating to the new world order indicate that the source must have been individuals related to the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and/or the U.S. State Department.
The bottom of the map contains a detailed explanation of the U.S. policy for the New World Order. Some of the points of this policy are as follows:
A new world order for permanent peace and freedom will be established at the end of the War.
The U.S.A. must, altruistically, assume the leadership of the newly established world order.
The U.S.A., Britain, and the U.S.S.R. will undertake to guarantee peace to the nations, which will be permanently disarmed and demilitarized.
The U.S.A. will become invincible as a military, naval, and air power.
The U.S.S.R. will acquire the republics of Eastern Europe after the War.
There will be a demilitarized, federated United States of Europe.
Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean islands will be incorporated into the United States of America.
The land of the ancient Hebrews, known as Palestine and Trans-Jordan, will be united as a demilitarized republic called Hebrewland.
All natural resources will be nationalized and distributed to all nations.
Banking, investments, railroads, and power plants will be nationalized everywhere.
A world common monetary system will be established.
The unified "Supreme War Council of the United Nations" will be reorganized and transformed into a "Supreme Military and Economic Council" to assist in reconstruction and to enforce world peace.
The dimensions: of the map are nearly 36 inches by 25 inches.
In all this we should all remember our responsibility to be Christian people of grace.
This information is for devoted pilgrim Christians only.
The intent of this article is to draw Christians deeper into the faith
and it is not to stir up nationalist spirits.
As we see here, patriotism will be of limited value as we come
into the threshold of the
70th week.
Now is the time to do what God has been calling us to do.
Now is the time to get right with God.
Now is the time to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Now is the time to prepare our hearts and to draw near to Him.
Now is the time to seek the oil of the Holy Spirit for our lamps against the coming night.
Let us make no mistake. The end time drama is not just "negative". We are going up on stage. The saints will arise and shine. And they will shine as they have never done before.-Isa.60. Nevertheless, I would ask that you do not share this information about the New World Order with carnal, crusading, radically nationalistic or unstable Christians. Instead of crying out to God for His covering such people are apt to respond to this information in fear and in the flesh. Personal survivalism for its own sake is also a trap. In the scramble for political covering some Christians may send out a call to take up the sword. This would be a big mistake. If Christians join such an army it will only lead to tragedy and loss. Daniel saw attempts at a "last crusade" totally crushed and shattered. (-Dan.7:21, 8:24, 12:7) Such adventurism will indeed happen. But it will cause much unnecessary bloodshed, grief and shame. We are not crusaders. Many of our Puritan brethren may disagree with us. But as Pilgrims it is not on our agenda to engage in political activism or be in the center of civil unrest. Nor do we wish to contribute to or be a part of the end time "raging of nations" that King David wrote the song about 3,000 years ago. David saw the end time events and saw "the people plot/conspire a vain thing". And he also saw the awful result when God's wrath is poured out on those who seek to shut out the coming of His Messiah. -Psalm 2. Brethren, we need to stand well clear of all this end time crusading and counter crusading. As our dear Apostle Paul says to us,
"Beloved, do not avenge yourselves,
But rather, give place to wrath,
For it is written,
'Vengeance is mine. I will repay", saith the Lord.
-Rom. 12:19.
Let us remember this.
Our Lord Jesus gave us specific instructions when He said,
"Behold! Look here! Pay attention!Let us allow God do what only He can do. Vengeance is God's and His alone. He will return to deal with His enemies. He will trample the grapes of wrath at Armageddon. He also will return to bring deliverance of His people and execution of wrath on His enemies at Bozrah.-Isa.63.
I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves.
Therefore be wise as serpents,
And harmless as doves." -Mat.10:16 GWFMod.
Our returning Messiah will bring His perfect righteous judgment to bear on the wicked on that awesome coming "Day of the Lord" when His angels are sent forth to gather up the tares.-Mat.13:40-43. And He will judge with perfect righteousness.
In view of all this, our agenda as pilgrims is non-negotiable. To negotiate or "dialogue" or respond to invitations to join NWO roundtables on religion is to become entangled in the end time harlot web.
Brothers and sisters, our Lord Jesus told us clearly and concisely how it would be in the last days.
Here are His words to each of us.
LUKE 21Our mission as the holy people of God is clear. It has been given to us by Jesus Christ Himself. That mission has not changed. Yeshua/Jesus has laid it out for us in the Great Commission. Our Great Commission papers show us that responsibilities will continue until Christ returns at the end of the age. Our job is to preach the gospel to the ends of the earth. It is to call people to Christ while there is still time. -Mat 28:18-20. And it is to be faithful witnesses to Him unto death.
12. "................they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons.
You will be brought before kings and rulers for My name's sake.13. But it will turn out for you as an occasion for testimony.
14. Therefore settle it in your hearts not to meditate beforehand on what you will answer;
15. for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.
16. You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers, relatives and friends; and they will put some of you to death.
17. And you will be hated by all for My name's sake.
18. But not a hair of your head shall be lost.
19. In your patience possess your souls".

Matthew 28When the 70th week opens we shall also proclaim the coming Kingdom of Christ. The announcing of this truth will be a political matter and considered high treason in those coming days. This is just as it is in China's three self government church today. -Luke 21:12-19 The Messiah will reign over this earth for 1,000 literal years. -Rev.20 He will bring the nations to His redemption and restore this ruined earth to peace and beauty it once knew. Our God is in control. History is just that; - His Story! He is the one who opens the seals! He is in control of events!
18. And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying,
"All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.19. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,20. teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you;
and lo, I am with you always,
even to the end of the age." Amen.
As for us? Like our spiritual father Abraham, we too are sojourners and missionaries.
We are on a pilgrimage toward
"a City not made with hands, whose builder and maker is God". -Heb.11:10
Our God knows all about this brewing situation. And He has made abundant provision
for us by His Holy Spirit.
Because He is the One who is leading us out onto that "highway of holiness". -Isa.35.
