55.    Seeking a sign, and the answer,

[Then certain of the scribes and of the Pharisees answered, Matt 12:38 / And others, Luke 11:16]

tempting him, Luke 11:16

[saying, Master, we would see Matt 12:38 / sought of him Luke 11:16]

a sign from Matt 12:38, Luke 11:16

[thee. Matt 12:38 / heaven. Luke 11:16]

And when the people were gathered thick together, Luke 11:29 But Matt 12:39 he Matt 12:39, Luke 11:29

[answered and said Matt 12:39 / began to say Luke 11:29]

unto them, Matt 12:39 This is an evil generation: Luke 11:29

[An evil and adulterous generation seeketh Matt 12:39 / they seek Luke 11:29]

after Matt 12:39 a sign; and there shall no sign be given Matt 12:39, Luke 11:29 To Matt 12:39 it, but the sign of Matt 12:39, Luke 11:29 the Matt 12:39, Luke 11:29 prophet Matt 12:39, Luke 11:29 Jonas: Matt 12:39, Luke 11:29 For as Jonas was Matt 12:40, Luke 11:30

[three days and three nights in the whale's belly; Matt 12:40 / a sign unto the Ninevites, Luke 11:30]

so shall Matt 12:40, Luke 11:30 also Luke 11:30 the Son of man be Matt 12:40, Luke 11:30

[three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. Matt 12:40 / to this generation. Luke 11:30]

The men of Matt 12:41, Luke 11:32

[Nineveh Matt 12:41 / Nineve Luke 11:32]

shall rise Matt 12:41, Luke 11:32 up Luke 11:32 in Matt 12:41, Luke 11:32 the Luke 11:32 judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: Matt 12:41, Luke 11:32

[because Matt 12:41 / for Luke 11:32]

they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. Matt 12:41, Luke 11:32 The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with Matt 12:42, Luke 11:31 the men of Luke 11:31 this generation, and Matt 12:42, Luke 11:31 shall Matt 12:42 condemn Matt 12:42, Luke 11:31

[it: Matt 12:42/ them: Luke 11:31]

for she came from the Matt 12:42, Luke 11:31

[uttermost Matt 12:42/ utmost Luke 11:31]

parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here. Matt 12:42, Luke 11:31 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and Matt 12:43, Luke 11:24

[findeth Matt 12:43/ finding Luke 11:24]

none, Matt 12:43, Luke 11:24 Then Matt 12:44 he saith, I will return Matt 12:44, Luke 11:24

[into Matt 12:44/ unto Luke 11:24]

my house Matt 12:44, Luke 11:24 from Matt 12:44 whence I came out; Matt 12:44, Luke 11:24 and when he Matt 12:44, Luke 11:25

[is come, Matt 12:44/ cometh, Luke 11:25]

he findeth it Matt 12:44, Luke 11:25 empty, Matt 12:44 swept, and garnished. Matt 12:44, Luke 11:25 Then goeth he, and taketh Matt 12:45, Luke 11:26

[with himself Matt 12:45 / to him Luke 11:26]

seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Matt 12:45, Luke 11:26 Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. Matt 12:45

Luke 11:27-28, 33-36

27 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.

28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

33 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light.

34 The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.

35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

36 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.

56.    His kinsfolk try to lay hold on Him as mad,

Mark 3:20-21

20 And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.

21 And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.

While he yet talked to the people, behold, Matt 12:46 There Mark 3:31 came Mark 3:31, Luke 8:19 [then Mark 3:31, Luke 8:19 to Him Luke 8:19 his mother Matt 12:46, Mark 3:31, Luke 8:19 and Matt 12:46, Mark 3:31, Luke 8:19 his brethren Matt 12:46, Mark 3:31, Luke 8:19 and, Mark 3:31

[stood Matt 12:46, Mark 3:31 / standing Matt 12:46, Mark 3:31]

without, Matt 12:46, Mark 3:31 and could not come at him for the press. Luke 8:19 desiring to speak with him. Matt 12:46 sent unto him, calling him. Mark 3:31 And the multitude sat about him, Mark 3:32 and Mark 3:32, Luke 8:20 then Matt 12:47

[one said unto him, Matt 12:47 / they said unto him, Mark 3:32 / it was told him by certain which said, Luke 8:20]

Behold, Matt 12:47, Mark 3:32 thy mother and thy brethren Matt 12:47, Mark 3:32, Luke 8:20 stand Matt 12:47, Luke 8:20

without, Matt 12:47, Mark 3:32, Luke 8:20 seek for thee Mark 3:32 desiring to Matt 12:47, Luke 8:20

[speak with Matt 12:47 / see Luke 8:20]

thee. Matt 12:47, Luke 8:20

[But Matt 12:48 / And Mark 3:33, Luke 8:21]

he answered Matt 12:48, Mark 3:33, Luke 8:21 and said unto Matt 12:48, Luke 8:21

[him that told him, Matt 12:48 / them, Mark 3:33, Luke 8:21]

saying, Mark 3:33 Who is my mother? Matt 12:48, Mark 3:33

[and who are Matt 12:48 / or Mark 3:33]

my brethren? Matt 12:48, Mark 3:33 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, Mark 3:34 And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, Matt 12:49 and said, Behold Matt 12:49, Mark 3:34 my mother and my brethren! Matt 12:49, Mark 3:34, Luke 8:21 are these which hear the word of God, and do it. Luke 8:21 For whosoever shall do the will of Matt 12:50, Mark 3:35

[my Father which is in heaven, Matt 12:50 / God, Mark 3:35]

the same is my brother, and Matt 12:50, Mark 3:35 my Mark 3:35 sister, and mother. Matt 12:50, Mark 3:35

57.    From a fishing vessel He speaks a series of seven parables, beginning with the parable of the

sower,

The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side. Matt 13:1 And Matt 13:2, Mark 4:1, Luke 8:4 when Luke 8:4 there Mark 4:1

[were Matt 13:2, Luke 8:4/ was Mark 4:1]

[great multitudes Matt 13:2 / a great multitude Mark 4:1/ much people Luke 8:4]

gathered Matt 13:2, Mark 4:1, Luke 8:4 together Matt 13:2, Luke 8:4 unto him, Matt 13:2, Mark 4:1 and were come to him out of every city, Luke 8:4 so that he Matt 13:2, Mark 4:1

[went Matt 13:2 / entered Mark 4:1]

into a ship, and sat; Matt 13:2, Mark 4:1 in the sea; Mark 4:1 and the whole multitude Matt 13:2, Mark 4:1

[stood on the shore. Matt 13:2 / was by the sea on the land. Mark 4:1]

And he began again to teach by the sea side: Mark 4:1 And Matt 13:3, Mark 4:2 he Matt 13:3, Mark 4:2, Luke 8:4

[spake Matt 13:3, Luke 8:4 / taught Mark 4:2]

many things Matt 13:3, Mark 4:2 unto Matt 13:3 them Matt 13:3, Mark 4:2

[in parables, Matt 13:3 / by parables, Mark 4:2 / by a parable: Luke 8:4]

and said unto them in his doctrine, Mark 4:2 saying, Matt 13:3 Hearken; Mark 4:3 Behold, Matt 13:3, Mark 4:3

[a sower went Matt 13:3, Luke 8:5 / there went … a sower Mark 4:3]

to sow Matt 13:3, Mark 4:3 Luke 8:5 his seed: Luke 8:5 And Matt 13:4, Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5 it came to pass, Mark 4:4

[when Matt 13:4/ as Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5]

he sowed, some Matt 13:4, Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5 seeds Matt 13:4 fell by the way side, and Matt 13:4, Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5 it was trodden down, and Luke 8:5 the fowls Matt 13:4, Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5 of the air Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5 came and Matt 13:4, Mark 4:4 devoured Matt 13:4, Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5

[them Matt 13:4/ it Mark 4:4, Luke 8:5]

up. Matt 13:4, Mark 4:4 And Mark 4:5, Luke 8:6 some fell Matt 13:5, Mark 4:5, Luke 8:6

[upon Matt 13:5, Luke 8:6 / on Mark 4:5]

[stony places, Matt 13:5 / stony ground, Mark 4:5 / a rock; Luke 8:6]

where Matt 13:5, Mark 4:5

[they Matt 13:5 / it Mark 4:5]

had not much earth: Matt 13:5, Mark 4:5 and Matt 13:5, Mark 4:5, Luke 8:6

[forthwith they sprung up, Matt 13:5/ immediately it sprang up, Mark 4:5/ as soon as it was sprung up, Luke 8:6]

it withered away, Luke 8:6 because Matt 13:5, Mark 4:5, Luke 8:6

[they Matt 13:5/ it Mark 4:5, Luke 8:6]

[had no Matt 13:5, Mark 4:5 / lacked Luke 8:6]

[deepness of earth: Matt 13:5 / depth of earth: Mark 4:5 / moisture. Luke 8:6]

[And Matt 13:5/ But Mark 4:6]

when the sun was up, Matt 13:5, Mark 4:6

[they were Matt 13:5/ it was Mark 4:6]

scorched; and because Matt 13:5, Mark 4:6

[they Matt 13:5/ it Mark 4:6]

had no root, Matt 13:5, Mark 4:6

[they Matt 13:5/ it Mark 4:6]

withered away. Matt 13:5, Mark 4:6 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns Matt 13:7, Mark 4:7, Luke 8:7

[sprung Matt 13:7 / grew Mark 4:7 / sprang Luke 8:7]

up Matt 13:7, Mark 4:7, Luke 8:7 with it, Luke 8:7 and choked Matt 13:7, Mark 4:7, Luke 8:7

[them: Matt 13:7 / it, Mark 4:7, Luke 8:7]

and it yielded no fruit. Mark 4:7

[But Matt 13:8 / And Mark 4:8, Luke 8:8]

other fell Matt 13:8, Mark 4:8, Luke 8:8

[into Matt 13:8 / on Mark 4:8, Luke 8:8]

good ground, and Matt 13:8, Mark 4:8, Luke 8:8 did yield fruit that Mark 4:8 sprang up Mark 4:8, Luke 8:8 and increased; Mark 4:8 and Mark 4:8, Luke 8:8

[brought forth Matt 13:8, Mark 4:8 / bare Luke 8:8]

fruit, Matt 13:8, Luke 8:8 some Matt 13:8, Mark 4:8 an Matt 13:8, Mark 4:8, Luke 8:8

[hundredfold, Matt 13:8, Luke 8:8 / hundred Mark 4:8]

and Mark 4:8 some Matt 13:8, Mark 4:8

[sixtyfold, Matt 13:8 / sixty, Mark 4:8]

and Mark 4:8 some Matt 13:8, Mark 4:8

[thirtyfold. Matt 13:8 / thirty. Mark 4:8]

And Mark 4:9, Luke 8:8 when he had said these things, Luke 8:8 he Mark 4:9, Luke 8:8

[said Mark 4:9 / cried Luke 8:8]

unto them, Mark 4:9

[Who Matt 13:9 / He that Mark 4:9, Luke 8:8]

hath ears to hear, let him hear. Matt 13:9, Mark 4:9, Luke 8:8 And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable. Mark 4:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? Matt 13:10 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be? Luke 8:9 And Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10 He Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10 answered and Matt 13:11 said Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10 unto them, Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11 because Matt 13:11 unto you Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10 it is given to know the Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10

[mysteries Matt 13:11, Luke 8:10 / mystery Mark 4:11]

of the kingdom of Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10

[heaven, Matt 13:11 / God: Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10]

but Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11, Luke 8:10

[to Matt 13:11, Luke 8:10 / unto Mark 4:11]

[them Matt 13:11, Mark 4:11 / others Luke 8:10]

that are without, Mark 4:11

[it is not given. Matt 13:11 / all these things are done in parables: Mark 4:11 / in parables; Luke 8:10]

Matthew 13:12-13

12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.

13 Therefore speak I to them in parables:

[because Matt 13:13 / that Mark 4:12, Luke 8:10]

they Matt 13:13, Mark 4:12, Luke 8:10 seeing Matt 13:13, Mark 4:12, Luke 8:10

[see not; Matt 13:13 / may see, and not perceive; Mark 4:12 / might not see, Luke 8:10]

and hearing they Matt 13:13, Mark 4:12, Luke 8:10

[hear not, neither do they understand. Matt 13:13 / may hear, and not understand; Mark 4:12 / might not understand. Luke 8:10]

lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them. Mark 4:12

Matthew 13:14-17

14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables? Mark 4:13 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. Matt 13:18 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Luke 8:11 The sower soweth the word. Mark 4:14

[This is he Matt 13:19 / And these are they Mark 4:15 / Those Luke 8:12]

by the way side, Matt 13:19, Mark 4:15, Luke 8:12 where the word is sown; Mark 4:15 which received seed Matt 13:19

[When any one heareth Matt 13:19 / but when they have heard, Mark 4:15 / are they that hear; Luke 8:12]

the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, Matt 13:19 then Matt 13:19, Luke 8:12 cometh Matt 13:19, Mark 4:15, Luke 8:12 immediately Mark 4:15

[the wicked one, Matt 13:19 / Satan, Mark 4:15 / the devil, Luke 8:12]

and Matt 13:19, Mark 4:15, Luke 8:12

[catcheth Matt 13:19 / taketh Mark 4:15, Luke 8:12]

away Matt 13:19, Mark 4:15, Luke 8:12 the word Mark 4:15, Luke 8:12 that Matt 13:19, Mark 4:15 which Matt 13:19 was sown in Matt 13:19, Mark 4:15

[his heart Matt 13:19 / their hearts. Mark 4:15]

out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. Luke 8:12

[But he that received the seed into stony places, Matt 13:20 / And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; Mark 4:16 / They on the rock are they, Luke 8:13]

[the same is he that Matt 13:20 / who, when they Mark 4:16 / which, when they Luke 8:13]

[heareth Matt 13:20 / have heard Mark 4:16 / hear Luke 8:13]

the word, Matt 13:20, Mark 4:16 and Matt 13:20

[anon Matt 13:20 / immediately Mark 4:16]

with Matt 13:20, Mark 4:16, Luke 8:13

[joy Matt 13:20, Luke 8:13 / gladness Mark 4:16]

[receiveth Matt 13:20 / receive Mark 4:16, Luke 8:13]

[it; Matt 13:20, Mark 4:16 / the word; Luke 8:13]

and Mark 4:17, Luke 8:13 yet Matt 13:21

[he Matt 13:21 / these Luke 8:13]

[hath Matt 13:21 / have Mark 4:17, Luke 8:13]

[not Matt 13:21 / no Mark 4:17, Luke 8:13]

root Matt 13:21, Mark 4:17, Luke 8:13 in Matt 13:21, Mark 4:17

[himself, Matt 13:21 / themselves, Mark 4:17]

and Mark 4:17

[but Matt 13:21, Mark 4:17 / which Luke 8:13]

for a Matt 13:21, Mark 4:17, Luke 8:13

[while Matt 13:21, Luke 8:13 / time Mark 4:17]

[dureth: for Matt 13:21 / so endure: afterward, Mark 4:17 / believe, and Luke 8:13]

[when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, Matt 13:21 / when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, Mark 4:17 / in time of temptation Luke 8:13]

[by and by Matt 13:21 / immediately Mark 4:17]

[he is Matt 13:21 / they are Mark 4:17]

[offended. Matt 13:21, Mark 4:17 / fall away. Luke 8:13]

[He also that received seed among the thorns is he Matt 13:22 / And these are they which are sown among thorns; Mark 4:18 / And that which fell among thorns are they, Luke 8:14]

[that Matt 13:22 / such as Mark 4:18 / which, when they have Luke 8:14]

[heareth Matt 13:22 / hear Mark 4:18 / heard Luke 8:14]

the Matt 13:22, Mark 4:18 word; Matt 13:22, Mark 4:18 go forth, Luke 8:14 and Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19, Luke 8:14 with Luke 8:14 the Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19

[care Matt 13:22 / cares Mark 4:19, Luke 8:14]

of this world, Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19 and Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19, Luke 8:14 the deceitfulness of Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19 riches, Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19, Luke 8:14 and the lusts of other things entering in, Mark 4:19 and pleasures of this life, Luke 8:14

[choke the word, Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19 / are choked Luke 8:14]

and Matt 13:22, Mark 4:19, Luke 8:14

[he becometh unfruitful. Matt 13:22 / it becometh unfruitful Mark 4:19 / bring no fruit to perfection. Luke 8:14]

[But he that received seed into the good ground is he that Matt 13:23 / And these are they which are sown on good ground; Mark 4:20 / But that on the good ground are they, Luke 8:15]

which in an honest and good heart, Luke 8:15

[heareth Matt 13:23 / such as hear Mark 4:20 / having heard Luke 8:15]

the word, Matt 13:23, Mark 4:20, Luke 8:15 and receive it, Mark 4:20 understandeth it; Matt 13:23 and Matt 13:23 keep it, Luke 8:15 which also beareth Matt 13:23 and Matt 13:23, Mark 4:20, Luke 8:15

[bringeth Matt 13:23 / bring Mark 4:20, Luke 8:15]

forth Matt 13:23, Mark 4:20, Luke 8:15 fruit Matt 13:23, Mark 4:20, Luke 8:15 with patience, Luke 8:15 some an Matt 13:23, Mark 4:20

[thirty. Matt 13:23 / thirtyfold. Mark 4:20]

And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick? Mark 4:21 No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light. Luke 8:16 For Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17 there Mark 4:22 is Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17 nothing Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17

[hid, Mark 4:22 / secret, Luke 8:17]

[which Mark 4:22 / that Luke 8:17]

shall not be Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17

[manifested; Mark 4:22 / made manifest; Luke 8:17]

neither Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17 was Mark 4:22 any thing Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17 kept Mark 4:22

[secret, Mark 4:22 / hid, Luke 8:17]

but Mark 4:22 that Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17 it Mark 4:22

[should Mark 4:22 / shall Luke 8:17]

not be known and Luke 8:17 come abroad. Mark 4:22, Luke 8:17 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. Mark 4:23 And he said unto them, Mark 4:24 Take heed Mark 4:24, Luke 8:18 therefore Luke 8:18

[what Mark 4:24 / how Luke 8:18]

ye hear: Mark 4:24, Luke 8:18 with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. Mark 4:24 For Mark 4:25, Luke 8:18

[he Mark 4:25 / whosoever Luke 8:18]

that Mark 4:25 hath, to him shall be given: and Mark 4:25, Luke 8:18

[he Mark 4:25 / whosoever Luke 8:18]

that Mark 4:25 hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he Mark 4:25, Luke 8:18 seemeth to Luke 8:18

[hath. Mark 4:25 / have. Luke 8:18]

Mark 4:26-29

26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.

28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.

29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

Matthew 13:24-30

24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Another parable put Matt 13:31 he Matt 13:31, Mark 4:30 forth unto them, Matt 13:31

[saying, Matt 13:31/ and said, Mark 4:30]

Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it? Mark 4:30

[The kingdom of heaven Matt 13:31/ It Mark 4:31]

is like Matt 13:31, Mark 4:31 to Matt 13:31 a grain of mustard seed Matt 13:31, Mark 4:31 which a man took, and sowed in his field: Matt 13:31 which Matt 13:32, Mark 4:31 indeed, Matt 13:32 when it is sown in the earth, Mark 4:31 is Matt 13:32, Mark 4:31

[the least of Matt 13:32 / less than Mark 4:31]

all Matt 13:32, Mark 4:31 the Mark 4:31 seeds Matt 13:32, Mark 4:31 that be in the earth: Mark 4:31 but when it is Matt 13:32, Mark 4:32

[grown, Matt 13:32 / sown, it groweth up, Mark 4:32]

and Mark 4:32 it is Matt 13:32

[the greatest among Matt 13:32 / greater than all Mark 4:32]

herbs, Matt 13:32, Mark 4:32 and Matt 13:32 becometh Matt 13:32, Mark 4:32 a tree, Matt 13:32 and shooteth out great branches; Mark 4:32 so that the Matt 13:32, Mark 4:32

[birds Matt 13:32 / fowls Mark 4:32]

of the air Matt 13:32, Mark 4:32 may Mark 4:32 come and Matt 13:32 lodge Matt 13:32, Mark 4:32 under the shadow of it. Mark 4:32 in the branches thereof. Matt 13:32 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. Matt 13:33 And Mark 4:33 all these things Matt 13:34 spake Matt 13:34, Mark 4:33

[Jesus Matt 13:34 / he Mark 4:33]

the word Mark 4:33 unto Matt 13:34, Mark 4:33

[the multitude Matt 13:34 / them Mark 4:33]

[in Matt 13:34 / with many such Mark 4:33]

parables; Matt 13:34, Mark 4:33 as they were able to hear it. Mark 4:33

[and Matt 13:34 / But Mark 4:34]

without a parable spake he not unto them: Matt 13:34, Mark 4:34 and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples. Mark 4:34 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world. Matt 13:35

Matthew 13:36-53

36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:

46 Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:

48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.

49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,

50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

51 Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.

52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

53 And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.

58.    Jesus crosses the lake with His disciples, and calms a storm,

[And Mark 4:35 / Now Luke 8:22]

it came to pass on Luke 8:22

[a certain Matt 8:18, Luke 8:22 / the same Mark 4:35]

day, Mark 4:35, Luke 8:22 when Jesus saw great multitudes about him, Matt 8:18 when the even was come, Mark 4:35 that he went into a ship with his disciples: and Luke 8:22 he Matt 8:18, Mark 4:35, Luke 8:22

[gave commandment Matt 8:18 / saith Mark 4:35 / said Luke 8:22]

unto them, Mark 4:35, Luke 8:22

[to depart Matt 8:18 / Let us pass over Mark 4:35 / Let us go over Luke 8:22]

unto the other side Matt 8:18, Mark 4:35, Luke 8:22 of the lake. Luke 8:22

Matthew 8:19-22

19 And a certain scribe came, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

20 And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

21 And another of his disciples said unto him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.

And when they had sent away the multitude, Mark 4:36 and when he was entered into a ship, Matt 8:23

[his disciples Matt 8:23 / they Mark 4:36]

took him even as he was in the ship. Mark 4:36 And they launched forth. Luke 8:22 And Mark 4:36

[followed him. Matt 8:23 / there were also with him other little ships. Mark 4:36]

But as they sailed he fell asleep: Luke 8:23 and, Matt 8:24, Mark 4:37, Luke 8:23 behold, Matt 8:24 there Matt 8:24, Mark 4:37, Luke 8:23

[arose Matt 8:24, Mark 4:37 / came down Luke 8:23]

a Matt 8:24, Mark 4:37, Luke 8:23 great Matt 8:24, Mark 4:37

[tempest Matt 8:24 / storm of wind Mark 4:37, Luke 8:23]

on the lake Luke 8:23 in the sea, Matt 8:24

[insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: Matt 8:24 / and the waves beat into the ship, Mark 4:37]

and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy. Luke 8:23 so that it was now full. Mark 4:37

[but Matt 8:24 / And Mark 4:38]

he was Matt 8:24, Mark 4:38 in the hinder part of the ship, Mark 4:38 asleep Matt 8:24, Mark 4:38 on a pillow: Mark 4:38 and Matt 8:24, Luke 8:24

[his disciples Matt 8:24 / they Luke 8:24]

came to him, Matt 8:24, Luke 8:24 and Matt 8:25, Mark 4:38, Luke 8:24 they Mark 4:38

[awoke Matt 8:25, Luke 8:24 / awake Mark 4:38]

him, Matt 8:25, Mark 4:38, Luke 8:24

[saying Matt 8:25, Luke 8:24 / and say Mark 4:38]

unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish? Mark 4:38

[Lord, Matt 8:25 / Master, Luke 8:24]

master, Luke 8:24 save us: Matt 8:25 we perish. Matt 8:25, Luke 8:24 And he Matt 8:26, Mark 4:40, Luke 8:25

[saith Matt 8:26 / said Mark 4:40, Luke 8:25]

unto them, Matt 8:26, Mark 4:40, Luke 8:25 Why are ye Matt 8:26, Mark 4:40 so Mark 4:40 fearful, Matt 8:26, Mark 4:40 O ye of little faith? Matt 8:26 Where is your faith? Luke 8:25 how is it that ye have no faith? Mark 4:40

[Then Matt 8:26, Luke 8:24 / And Mark 4:39]

he arose, and rebuked the Matt 8:26, Mark 4:39, Luke 8:24

[winds Matt 8:26 / wind Mark 4:39, Luke 8:24]

and the Matt 8:26, Luke 8:24 raging of the Luke 8:24

[sea; Matt 8:26 / water: Luke 8:24]

and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. Mark 4:39 And Mark 4:39, Luke 8:24

[the wind Mark 4:39 / they Luke 8:24]

ceased, Mark 4:39, Luke 8:24 and there was a Matt 8:26, Mark 4:39, Luke 8:24 great Matt 8:26, Mark 4:39 calm. Matt 8:26, Mark 4:39, Luke 8:24 But the men Matt 8:27

[marvelled, Matt 8:27 / wondered, Luke 8:25]

And they Mark 4:41, Luke 8:25

[feared Mark 4:41 / being afraid Luke 8:25]

exceedingly, and Mark 4:41

[saying Matt 8:27, Luke 8:25 / said Mark 4:41]

one to another, Mark 4:41, Luke 8:25 What manner of man is this, Matt 8:27, Mark 4:41, Luke 8:25

[that Matt 8:27, Mark 4:41 / for he commandeth Luke 8:25]

even the winds and Matt 8:27, Mark 4:41, Luke 8:25

[the sea Matt 8:27, Mark 4:41 / water, Luke 8:25]

and they Luke 8:25 obey Matt 8:27, Mark 4:41, Luke 8:25
